REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: April 10, 2026
At Red Creative Corp, we provide custom creative and digital services. Because many of our services involve time, strategy, design work, setup, software, and labor, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
By purchasing our services, you agree to this Refund Policy.
1. General Policy
Most of our services are customized and time-based. For that reason:
- Deposits and setup fees are generally non-refundable
- Payments for completed work are non-refundable
- Monthly service fees already billed are non-refundable once the billing period has started
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Website design and development
- Branding and logo design
- Google Maps / Apple Maps setup
- Social media content creation
- Printing design coordination
- Setup, consultation, and onboarding fees
2. Website Projects
Website design projects begin once payment is made and work starts. Because these projects require planning, design, communication, and technical setup:
- Initial payments, deposits, and setup fees are non-refundable
- If the client cancels after work has started, any work already completed or in progress will be billed and is non-refundable
- If the client fails to provide content, feedback, or approvals for an extended period, the project may be paused without refund
If Red Creative Corp has not started the project yet, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
3. Hosting Fees
Your website currently offers monthly hosting plans and states that hosting keeps the site live, secure, and backed up. Hosting is a recurring service and is non-refundable once activated or renewed.
Failure to pay hosting fees on time may result in suspension or interruption of service.
4. Maintenance Plans
Maintenance plans are billed as recurring services. Once a maintenance billing cycle begins, that monthly fee is non-refundable.
If a maintenance plan includes a minimum service term, the client remains responsible for that agreed term unless otherwise stated in writing.
Your website currently advertises optional monthly maintenance with a minimum term for certain services.
5. Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Profile Services
Setup, optimization, and listing services for platforms such as Google Maps and Apple Maps are service-based and labor-based. Once work has started, these payments are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for delays, suspensions, verification issues, or platform decisions made by Google, Apple, or any third-party platform.
6. Social Media Services
Monthly social media services are non-refundable once planning, design, posting preparation, or content creation has started for that billing cycle.
7. Printing Orders
Printing-related payments are non-refundable once the order has been approved and/or sent to production.
Because printed products are custom-made, Red Creative Corp does not offer refunds for approved print jobs except in cases of proven production defects or order errors directly caused by us or the print provider.
8. Approved Work
Once the client approves a design, draft, concept, or final deliverable, that approved work is non-refundable.
9. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact Red Creative Corp first to attempt to resolve any issue before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.
Unjustified chargebacks for valid, delivered, or in-progress services may be challenged with documentation, including proposals, invoices, approval messages, communication records, and project files.
10. Exceptions
Refund requests, if any, are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and only in exceptional circumstances.
If a refund is approved, Red Creative Corp may deduct:
- Time already spent
- Strategy or consultation time
- Design or setup work completed
- Third-party costs
- Administrative or transaction fees
